I needed to get my dad’s siding done on his home, he was in the process of handling it and events happened it got put on the back burner. I reached out to a few different companies to get quotes most very similar. I decided to go with Eco Smart because the customer service I received from Dj from day 1 was absolutely outstanding. He went above and beyond for us. He answered all of my questions, and there were LOTS as I was all new to this process but went he out of his way more than once to meet me when I was able to be in town, he kept me updated with the job along the way as well. He was very informative, honest with everything and extremely fair. I can’t say enough good things about this company between the quality of the job it turned out better than I could have imagined and my father is VERY happy! The customer service and the way it felt like he treated my dad’s house as if it was his own family needing this job done, was very much appreciated and respected. I highly recommend if you are needing work done to your home and want someone who’s honest, fair and does GREAT WORK!
